Ukraine Admission Requirement

Admission to Ukraine Bachelor Degree program requires High School Result or Certificate and your International passport. An applicant is supposed to pass, with good grades with not less than five credited subject.

 

To apply you must fill the online Application form and send us your scanned copies of your International passport and School result to our email. Undergraduate’s applicant should not exceed 26 years.

Ukraine Admission Deadlines

Uniabstudy accepts all new applicant around the year. We are on rolling admission, which means that we will accept and review applications on a rolling basis as they are received up until the start of term.

 

However, students are encouraged to begin their application process as soon as possible to ensure their ability to start in their desired term and to take full advantage of opportunities.

Universities in Ukraine accept qualified transfer students from other universities. Universities in Ukraine operate on semester system. Admission is based on student's overall academic record.

Admission will be based on your overall academic record. Some programs are very competitive and the requirement for consideration will likely be higher.

 

For entry onto a postgraduate programme, we accept the following qualifications. (Please note that these may vary depending on the academic School in which you plan to study.)

Admission to Ukraine Master Degree/postgraduate program requires University Bachelor’s Certificate with good grade. Post graduate applicants should fill and submit an online Application form and send us scan copy of your International Passport, Result/Certificate to our email. Postgraduate applicant should not exceed 30 years.

Ukraine Preparatory Admission requirement For student who wants to study in preparatory department are offered  academic study of Ukrainian  or Russian Language. This will be the main language of teaching, as well as a possibility to improve their knowledge of the main subjects according to the future Degree.

At the Preparatory Course students are offered 1-year (7-10 months) language training for further education in Ukrainian universities.

The specialization acquired by the graduates of the preparatory courses is  Engineering, Mathematics, History, Geography, Economics, Computer Studies, Physics, Chemistry, Drawing, Biology and Physical Training (optional). The instructions are held in Russian or Ukrainian language.

While in the preparatory course the students are to receive: - The most necessary skills in reading, listening, writing and speaking in local language; - Full access to all facilities including libraries, accommodation, and computerized lecture halls.

Ukraine visa for preparatory student
  •  The embassies of Ukraine are overcrowded from 15th August to 15th November and it is quite long and difficult process to get visa confirmed. In the same time process for Preparatory visa starts after 15th November, so the student can easily get visa in order to join the preparatory course.
  •   Academic year for the 1st year starts in September, and students who applying for the 1st year, generally arrive later and they miss around 2 months of classes. Moreover it’s rather difficult to clear all the classes and catch the others.
  •   Tuition fee for Preparatory course are rather low and affordable.
  • – Preparatory courses admission is open till the 1st of December and even till March.

Upon receiving an invitation letter, the student will contact the Ukraine embassy in his / her country in order to apply for the student visa.

 

Note: Most Ukrainian embassies usually accept student visa applications and issue student visas throughout the year. In some countries the embassy starts accepting visa applications and issues visas between 15th July and 15th November. Extensions in these cases are made for the preparatory course until November or December.

 

The following documents should be submitted to the Ukrainian embassy as part of the visa application process:

• A filled visa application form

• International passport valid for one year or more

• Original invitation letter from the college

• Birth certificate – Translated into Ukrainian

 

Note: The translation is done at the Ukrainian embassy at a small cost.

• Original School Certificates – Translated into Ukrainian.

• Medical Certificate-Issued within one month of visa application and is translated into Ukrainian. This must be an approved document by the health ministry in your country.

• HIV-AIDS negative certificate- Issued within one month of visa application and translated into Ukrainian. This must also be an approved document by the health ministry in your country.

• One year health insurance-For some countries the insurance required is only for the travelling period.

• A bank statement from the sponsor to prove their financial ability to bear the student’s expenses in Ukraine. If the sponsor is not the student or their parent, a sponsorship letter is going to be required.

• 12 passport size pictures (3 * 4 cm)

• An open return air ticket valid for one year

 

NB: Ensure you have all the required documents before leaving your country. Entry into Ukraine will be denied if you’re missing an important document.
